Under the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), additional country-specific registration and licensing requirements have been in effect since June 12, 2026, for shipments to other EU countries. As a small business, we are currently unable to meet these requirements and are therefore, for the time being, shipping exclusively within Germany. However, we are continuously reviewing whether and when we can expand our delivery area again.
Returns
Feel free to take a few days to consider the products at your convenience. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery - you can find all the details in our withdrawal policy. Please register your return in our returns portal.
