Yes! Each pod is designed to stay sealed, whether you carry it in your suitcase, backpack, or toiletries bag. To ensure this, the pods are screwed on relatively tightly.
The Pods are made from high-quality, durable plastics that are REACH-compliant, BPA-free, break-resistant and fully recyclable.
Yes, all Travelpods comply with the regulations for liquids in hand luggage. The sizes have been specially developed for the safe and compliant transport of care products and fit perfectly into the transparent liquid bags.
No, the magnets in our travel pods have no effect on newer debit or credit cards. Modern cards are also generally protected against magnetic interference. However, we recommend that you do not place the pods directly next to cards with sensitive magnetic strips (usually older cards) to be on the safe side.
For cleaning, we recommend washing the pods by hand with a little soap under running water.
If the pods need to be cleaned thoroughly, you can wash them in the dishwasher at up to 60°C, but please do not wash them together with heavy food residues to prevent discoloration. After washing, the pods may be difficult to close because the seal has expanded. In this case, please dry the pods thoroughly and leave them to rest for a few hours. If the lids are difficult to close, you can also reduce friction by applying a little cosmetic cream to the upper edge of the thread.
